Having its own motion capture facility, equipped with a PhaseSpace optical system with 16 cameras, artists can quickly create very realistic character animations by capturing the movements of real actors.

AMA Studios uses Kanban as a production methodology. Kanban enables us to develop games in lean (JIT) and efficiently synchronize the different activities with each stage of the development process. Tasks are tracked and organized using a Kanban board, updated and reviewed in daily meetings.
AMA Studios is the result of a longtime friendship between Christian Guillemot and Yves Grolet.
Over the years they both shared a singular vision of creating an internationally acclaimed and ambitious games development team that leverage the use of the most advanced gaming technologies on the market.
